Nature of the Website The Website presents Noohkema Interactive Inc., its B2B activities, services, portfolio, training and consulting programs, creative studios and intellectual properties. Rapid Lab Rapid Lab provides services including working prototypes, proof of concepts, MVPs, simulations and demonstrators. Unless otherwise agreed, such deliverables are primarily intended to test or validate ideas and should not automatically be considered final or production-ready products. Ownership and exploitation rights relating to client prototypes are defined contractually for each project. 6. Training & Consulting Training programs, workshops, masterclasses, mentoring and consulting services provided by Noohkema are intended to develop knowledge and professional capabilities. They do not guarantee specific commercial, professional, academic or financial outcomes. Separate terms may apply to individual programs. 7. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Accessing the Website does not grant ownership or exploitation rights over trademarks, characters, worlds, games, films, 3D models, concepts, documents or other creative materials displayed on it. Unauthorized substantial use is prohibited to the extent provided by applicable law. 8. Projects Under Development Images, videos, prototypes and information relating to creative projects under development may change.
